Week 16

Wow, sixteen weeks already. It's hard to believe! This was a week of getting back on the plan after being out of town over last weekend. I wasn't sure what the scale was going to do this week but I did a good job of staying on plan and we walked every night this week. So the numbers for the week are:

Weight loss this week: -2.6 lbs
Total weight loss: -30.2 lbs

I am sure excited because my mom is going to take me shopping next Sunday for some new clothes that will actually fit. I am running out of stuff in the closet that fits me at this point. This was her incentive to keep me going. My next major goal is to get to a fifty pound weight loss. If I keep up like I have, I should be able to meet it by the end of this year. yay!!
