Update

I definitely didn't have a good week this week. We celebrated our anniversary this past Monday and I think I just kept celebrating all week. I did realize something yesterday though, I hate feeling hungry, I really hate it. When I haven't eaten, I get sick to my stomach (seriously) and I end up feeling like crap. So in order to not feel like this, I eat some more. Which means that I need to find some foods that take longer to digest (lower glycemic index as it were) so that I can go longer without feeling hungry. My doctor also suggest appetite suppressants, but I don't want to do this "on pills". Maybe someday if I can't figure it out on my own. I got my treadmill back from my mom's house so I can get my butt back on that thing. It was nice, this past Sunday at church, someone actually noticed that I have lost a little bit of weight and commented on it. That is always nice to hear.
Today I feel chubby and uncomfortable which is good motivation to get myself moving again. I did get on the scale this morning, though I almost forgot. I have lost another 0.4lbs so I guess I will take that since I had such a bad week last week. So I think my total weight loss so far is 5.8lbs. I still haven't had a real Dr. Pepper yet though, so that part is a success. I have been surviving on tea, water, and Diet Dr. Pepper. I never though I would find a diet soda that I would drink willingly. I can't say that it tastes good, but it doesn't taste bad so that's something. I suppose that it is for the past week. Next week will be better.
